FabKit: Custom 3D Print Maker is a mobile app that turns images and text into 3D-printable models. In the current release, images, text, and 3D models are processed entirely on your mobile device.

Information we collect

Images you upload and text you enter are processed inside the app to generate models. They are not sent to or stored on K_Labx servers. The current app does not use account sign-up or account sync. Feature usage statistics and crash reports are described in "App usage and crash reports" below.

3MF/STL files generated in the mobile app are written to an app-only temporary cache so they can be shared or saved. They are passed to a destination only when you choose one in the system share sheet. The temporary cache may be deleted when the app is removed or when the operating system frees up storage.

If you contact us by support email, your email address, your message, and any files you attach are processed to answer you and resolve the issue. Please do not send personal information that is not needed, or files you do not have the rights to.

Ads in the mobile app

The mobile app may use the Google AdMob SDK to cover operating costs. When you choose to share or save a model file after an ad, a full-screen ad may be shown. File sharing still works if an ad fails to load or required consent has not been given. To serve ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, keep things secure, and measure performance, information defined by Google may be processed, such as your IP address, device and app information, ad interaction information, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers.

Before requesting ads, the app uses the Google User Messaging Platform to check whether consent is required in your region. Where required, you can manage your choice again from the ad privacy settings in the settings menu at the top right of the app. The app requests only non-personalized ads and does not ask iOS for tracking permission.

Google processes this information according to the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob privacy information.

App usage and crash reports

To learn which features are used and to fix crashes, the mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. Both are off by default. The app turns them on only where the ad consent check above reports that consent is not required. In regions that require consent, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or when the check fails, the app does not send them.

Usage events record actions such as opening a feature, adding an image, choosing a built-in design, saving or opening a project, reaching the daily limit, and exporting a model. They carry only the feature, how a model was exported (after an ad, free, or with credits), the number of cells, the kind of source (image, text, or shape), and the ID of a built-in design. Your images, text, file names, and generated models are never included. The SDKs also process a random app instance identifier, device model and operating system, app version, approximate location derived from the IP address (such as country or city), and session times. Crash reports contain the crash stack trace, the device state at the time of the crash, and the app instance identifier.

This information is not used for ad personalization or tracking across apps: the app turns off advertising ID collection and ad signals for Analytics. Google processes it for K_Labx as a service provider. Event-level analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days.

Third-party services

Google AdMob may be used for mobile ads, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for usage statistics and crash reports, and Google Gmail for support email. This privacy policy and the support pages are served by Cloudflare Pages, and the hosting provider may process standard logs such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and access time for security and incident response. Each service handles data according to its own provider's policies.

Data deletion requests

FabKit does not keep images, text, or generated models in user accounts or on operator servers. Generated files and app cache left on your device can be removed with your device's file manager or by deleting the app.

To delete emails, attachments, or messages you sent to support, email support.klabx@gmail.com with the subject [FabKit] Data deletion request. After reviewing only the scope of the request and the minimum information needed to verify your identity, K_Labx will delete the related support messages and attachments it holds, or let you know if they must be kept for legal reasons.

Usage statistics and crash reports are tied only to a random app instance identifier, not to your name or email, so K_Labx cannot find one person's records. Deleting the app starts a new identifier, and data already sent is deleted automatically after the periods above.

AdMob ad data is managed separately by Google. Requests about ad privacy choices and Google account data follow Google's privacy tools and policies.
